Lona & Sons guarantees all parts against defects in material or workmanship. Lona & Sons will exchange or refund defective parts up to 30 days. Lona & Sons uses the finest quality materials for products that are intended for show purposes only and are not designed or sold for street use. Lona & Sons will not be responsible or liable for labor, incidental or consequential damages of any kind. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the cost of the product. Failure of a part due to misuse, incorrect installation or failure of related parts is not covered by warranty and is not the liablity of Lona & Sons. Any product which has been disassembled, drilled, welded, cut, painted or modified in any way cannot be returned. Any incomplete kit cannot be returned. The materials components and prices are subject to change without prior notice. We have made every effort to assure that the information within this website is correct. We will not be held liable or responsible if any inaccuracy exists in specifications. We reserve the right to correct any errors. Limited Warranty-Lona and Sons Hydraulics, LLC manufactures its products line using only the finest quality materials and techiques. All products are intended for SHOW USE ONLY and not for designed or sold for street use. Lona and Sons Hydraulics product warranty covers all products against and defect in workmanship or material. Any defective product excluding pumpheads and electrical components will be replaced at no charge if our Inspection Lab determines the part defective. Labor claims, time loss or freight charges WILL NOT be honored. Note: Colors, materials, components, and prices are subject to change without prior notice, we declaim any responsibilitiy for errors in printing of this list. RETURN POLICY: There will be a 35% restocking fee on all items returned in AS NEW condition. All returned items will have a credit against future purchases. NO CASH REFUNDS.
